Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customised or clearance items are not returnable

Returns are free for orders over £80. For smaller orders, a fee of £11.90 is deducted from your refund.

Warranty & Product Support

All Velites products include a 3-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
