SHIPPING
What are your delivery times?
Most orders are processed within 24 business hours.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days in Spain and 2–14 business days internationally, depending on the destination.
Shipping times may vary during sales periods, public holidays, or due to customs.
Custom and pre-sale items may have different processing times.
How much does shipping cost? Can I get free shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the destination.
Free shipping is available on orders over €85 for eligible destinations.
Shipping rates:
- Spain: €4.90
- Europe (EU): €9.90
- United Kingdom: £7.90
- Outside Europe: variable rates (free shipping may not apply)

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, and the Canary Islands.
Shipping to the USA, Canada, and Mexico is also available, but orders for these destinations must be placed through: https://usa.velitessport.com/

Where do orders ship from? Will I have to pay customs duties?
Orders within the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Spain and do not incur customs fees.
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from our warehouse in Birmingham, with no customs charges for UK deliveries.
Orders to Switzerland, Norway, the Canary Islands, and other non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders for the American continent are shipped from our warehouse in Houston (USA).
There are no customs fees for USA orders, but Canada and Mexico may incur customs charges.
ORDER
When will I receive my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with all the shipment details.
This email includes a tracking link where you can check the estimated delivery date and follow your order at any time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it may be modified or cancelled within a maximum of 1 hour after purchase by contacting our team at help@velitessport.com.
This time window may be shorter depending on warehouse workload, as orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
If your request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive this confirmation before receiving the shipping notification, it means the request could not be completed.
If the order can no longer be modified or cancelled, you still have two options:
- Refuse the delivery, if possible.
- Initiate a return through our return portal, where standard return policies apply.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an order needs to be resent or cancelled, shipping fees will apply or will be deducted from the refund.
Can I change my delivery address?
A delivery address can be modified within 1 hour after placing the order by contacting our team. at usahelp@velitessport.com.
This time window may be shorter depending on warehouse workload, as orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
If the address provided is not valid, the parcel will usually be returned to our warehouse.
If you wish to have the order shipped again, new shipping fees will apply.
If you prefer to cancel the order, we will process a refund excluding shipping costs.
What happens if my order couldn’t be delivered?
If you were not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually schedule a new delivery attempt within the next business days.
If you notice that your order is not being delivered after a few days, please contact us at help@velitessport.com and we will get in touch with the carrier to assist you.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at help@velitessport.com and we will review the situation with the carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
How do returns and exchanges work?
Our return policy applies equally whether you are requesting a size exchange or a refund.
To start a return or exchange, please use our official return portal:
- Europe (except UK): https://returns.bigblue.co/velites
- United Kingdom: https://returns.bigblue.co/velites-uk
You will only need your order number and delivery postcode.
What are the conditions to return a product?
Before proceeding with a return, please make sure that:
- The product is returned with all accessories
- The product and accessories are in their original, undamaged packaging
- The product is in perfect condition, unused and unwashed
- The purchase date does not exceed 30 days (excluding pre-sale items)
- The product was purchased directly through our website
- Custom and clearance items are not eligible for return
All returns are inspected by our warehouse team.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected and cannot be sent back.
Are there any return or exchange fees?
Both returns and exchanges are subject to a fixed fee, depending on the destination.
- Spain: €4.90
- Europe (EU): €9.90
- United Kingdom: £7.90
This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund or charged when processing the exchange.
⚠️ Initial shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are managed directly through our return portal.

From the portal, you can request an exchange for another size or a different product (subject to availability).
Once the exchange is completed, you will receive the return instructions.
After the returned item is received and confirmed by our warehouse, the new order will be shipped automatically.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed through our official return portals:

- United Kingdom: https://returns.bigblue.co/velites-uk
Once your return is delivered, it must be received and checked by our warehouse before the refund can be approved.
Please note that a parcel marked as delivered does not mean the refund is processed immediately.
After our warehouse confirms that everything is in order, the refund will be issued.
Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be completed, depending on your payment method.
WARRANTY
What is your warranty policy?
All our products include a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the purchase date.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, water damage, scratches, strap deterioration, or fabric wear.
Proof of purchase is required.
For website orders, your order number is sufficient.
For purchases from authorized dealers, please contact the seller directly.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at help@velitessport.com.
Include a brief description of the issue, along with photos or a video (depending on the problem) so our team can review it properly.
If the purchase was made on our website, please also provide your order number.
Can I submit a warranty claim if I didn’t buy on your website?
If your purchase was made through an authorized distributor, partner, or retail store, warranty claims must be handled directly with the seller, as they manage their own claims.
For purchases made through Amazon, we can assist with warranty claims after 30 days from the purchase date.
If the purchase is within the first 30 days, please contact Amazon support directly through their platform.
