Key Event Details
Venue:
Grand Palais
3 Avenue du Général Eisenhower, 75008 Paris, France
Dates:
23 to 27 April 2026
How to get there:
Airport: Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY). Both are connected to the centre by the RER train and direct buses.
By Metro: The Grand Palais is in the very heart of the city. Lines 1, 9 and 13 (stations Franklin D. Roosevelt or Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau) drop you at the door.
Parking: Forget the car. Central Paris is complicated and expensive. It's best to use public transport or walk to warm up the legs before "check-in".
The HYROX Format
The challenge doesn't change, but the setting is out of this world: 8 km of total running and 8 functional stations. As a historic building with unique architecture, the running circuit can be technical. Train those turns well and keep your focus under the palace's glass!
The 8 HYROX Stations
1000 m SkiErg
Don't be intimidated by the ceiling height; maintain your cruising "pace" from the first pull.
50 m Sled Push
The Grand Palais floor is sacred. Dig your shoes in and push like there's no tomorrow!
50 m Sled Pull
Neutral back and steady steps. Don't let fatigue make you lose your pulling technique.
80 m Burpee Broad Jumps
This is where you see who has trained for power. Breathe, jump and move forward efficiently.
1000 m Rowing
Use it to recover your breath without dropping the watts. You're right at the midpoint of the test.
200 m Farmers Carry
Tighten the core. Your grip will start to complain, but your head must tell you not to let go.
100 m Sandbag Lunges
Your legs will burn, but the atmosphere under the dome will give you a final breath. You're almost there!
100 Wall Balls
Look up at that incredible structure and throw the ball to the target. The finish line and the medal await!
Categories
From those debuting in the Open category to Pro athletes, including the exciting doubles and relays. Five days of competition ensure the whole community has its spot in the "Roxzone".
