In 2015, while training, I realized a frustrating reality that many of you have likely experienced. The sports equipment we used was sold as professional, but in practice it was deficient. As an engineer and a fitness enthusiast, my mind couldn’t stop analyzing why a jump rope didn’t spin smoothly or why grips disintegrated after a few months of intense use.
That was the initial spark of Velites. We didn’t start with a marketing plan in our pocket, but with a clear mission: to apply precision engineering to create high-quality products that help athletes reach their real goals.
What began in my living room has transformed into a global brand based in Europe with unstoppable international expansion.

Today we are not just an accessories company; we are a 360-degree performance brand that has jumped into footwear and technical apparel. We are challenging the conventions of an industry that often prioritizes profit margin over durability and the athlete’s real functionality.
Figures that support a sustained growth trajectory
Looking back is impressive, but what inspires the most confidence is the solidity of the milestones achieved in the last year. Velites is no longer a promise; it’s a reality validated by the most demanding players in the sports and financial sectors.

- Maintaining a strategic alliance with HYROX, the fastest-growing fitness competition globally, where equipment demands are at their highest.
- Having the support of more than 3,000 affiliated boxes and gyms that trust our brand to equip their athletes daily.
- Having secured a €5 million in financing through the support of Sodena and Banco Santander, guaranteeing our solvency to scale operations.
- We have a team of more than 40 people who share this vision. This structure allows us to manage a supply chain and a distribution network that is already purely international.
Why we are completing our fifth investment round
We are entering a phase of accelerated growth. With the launch of our technical apparel brand HOLO and our Hybrid shoes, specifically designed for high-level training and competition, the scaling potential is immense.
However, at Velites we’ve always believed our strength lies in the community. For that reason, we’ve decided this round will be accessible to those who have supported us from the beginning.)
