What is HYROX?
HYROX is an endurance and functional-exercise competition. Athletes can push their limits through a series of intense workouts designed to test strength, endurance and fitness across disciplines such as running, rowing, skiing and strength exercises.
What does HYROX involve?
All international HYROX events follow the same format: before each workout you must complete one kilometer of running. HYROX is the fitness race that combines 8 km of running with 8 functional workouts.
How do Velites and HYROX collaborate?
For Velites it is a pride to collaborate with HYROX and support athletes in achieving sporting excellence. Thanks to this partnership, it will be possible to use in the official workouts the Earth 2.0 weighted jump ropes and the Fire 2.0 speed jump ropes.

We have designed 2 training modalities lasting 4 weeks each:
- OPEN Modality: Free access, intended for intermediate-level athletes.
- PRO Modality: Premium access for high-performance athletes.

What will you find at HYROX?
This season the Velites jump ropes will be present in the event's official warm-up. It's the best way to activate every muscle with the Earth 2.0 weighted jump rope or raise heart rate and cardiovascular capacity with the Fire 2.0 jump rope.
