Airport: Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) is the closest international hub, just 10 minutes from Eurexpo by car. The Rhônexpress tram connects the airport to Lyon Part‑Dieu station in 30 minutes.
By Train: Lyon Part‑Dieu is the main TGV hub with direct connections to Paris, Marseille, Geneva and Turin.
By Tram / Bus: Tram T3 and dedicated shuttle buses operate during major events, offering direct access to Eurexpo.

The HYROX Format
No secrets, just hard work: 8 km total running divided into 1 km intervals, alternated with 8 stations of pure fire. Eurexpo’s massive halls and smooth surfaces make it ideal for fast running laps and efficient transitions.
